Robase is a platform that connects Roblox developers, creators, and employers. The Service allows users to create profiles, post jobs, showcase their work, and interact with other members of the community.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Robase. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using Robase, you represent and warrant that:
• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is current and accurate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive.
Your Content:
You retain all ownership rights to content you post on Robase, including portfolios, job postings, and comments. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Content Standards:
You agree not to post content that:
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or is otherwise NSFW
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We employ automated content moderation systems and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Post false or misleading information
Robase facilitates connections between employers and developers but is not a party to any agreements made between users. We are not responsible for the quality of work, payment disputes, or any other issues arising from transactions made through the Service.
Important Notice:
• All transactions occur directly between users
• Robase does not handle payments or escrow services
• Users are responsible for their own contracts and agreements
• We recommend using secure payment methods and written contracts
• Report any suspicious activity or scams to our support team
Robase offers subscription plans with enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees as described at checkout
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
Refund Policy:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors, service outages, or other exceptional circumstances. Contact support within 7 days of your charge to request a refund review.
Robase is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Use of Roblox-related services is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service.

• Robase does not handle Robux transactions
• Follow Roblox's Terms of Service for all Roblox-related activities
• We are not responsible for Roblox account issues

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Robase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Robase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
